We want you to love your pair as much as we loved creating it. If you need a different size or wish to return your order, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy

If you’re unsure about the fit or would like to exchange your footwear for another size, simply reach out to us on Instagram or email us at desiway.care@gmail.com with your order details, preferred style, and required size.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your order, we’ll gladly accept it and issue a store credit note, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Please Note:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The footwear must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product should be returned with its original packaging intact

  • Items must be free from stains, marks, perfume, or damage

  • Return/exchange requests should be raised within 7 days after delivery

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.
